These Terms and Conditions apply when you request or use travel planning services from adcrate through adcrate.pro, email or direct contact.
adcrate provides domestic tourism planning for trips within England, including itinerary design, destination research, route suggestions and planning support. Specific deliverables are agreed before work begins.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only when we agree the service scope, price and payment terms with you.
You are responsible for checking travel dates, personal requirements, accessibility needs, insurance, transport conditions and any third-party booking terms that apply to your trip.
Accommodation, transport, activities and local services may be provided by independent third parties. Their availability, prices and terms may change and are outside our direct control.
Change or cancellation rules depend on the service agreed and any third-party supplier terms. We will explain relevant conditions before confirmation where possible.
We aim to provide accurate and useful planning, but travel conditions can change. adcrate is not responsible for delays, closures, weather disruption or third-party service failures beyond our reasonable control.
